Bus Travel in Cook County (Vancover and more)   C-TRAN  Fare $1.25 or 60 cents for old people like Tim.

It is possible to go to and from the PDX airport and  the school for the blind. . You will need to walk a few block to and change bus twice. It seems the cost is about $6 and takes 2 hours counting the 7 minutes of walking.
