If extended time is needed to diagnose and repair a computer system Tim is happy to pick it up from you home, and then arrange to bring it back and sert up it and be sure it is working. If Tim is unable make a repair there is no cost. Most of the time after 15 minutes he will let you if he can fix it or not and suggest some options for you consider.
